We have the gift of holy spirit.
It gives us the abiliy to communicate with God our Father.
Remember that it's not our own strength we depend upon, but God's.
We have God's love that casts out fear.
Fill yourself up with God's love, and fear cannot exist there.
Finally, the verse says that God has given us a sound mind.
We can make God's thoughts our thoughts.
When our thoughts line up with God's Word, our thoughts are sound.
