Grew and Multiplied

Acts 6:7a
   And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; . . .
Acts 12:24
   But the word of God grew and multiplied
Acts 16:5
   And so were the churches established in the faith, and increased in number daily.

Acts 19:20
So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.

When the Word of God increases in the life of a believer and that person speaks it to others, believers are multiplied. As the Word of God continues to grow, whole churches of believers are established in the right way of believing and the body of Christ increases "by the church load" until finally the Word of God prevails. [The word "church" in the Bible means "a group of people called out for a purpose."] This was the pattern set in the first century and it is still God's design for the move of His Word today.
