Thy Word in My Heart
Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
. . . thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: . . .
. . . But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, but I could not stay.
Your heart represents the inner most part of your mind. What you have hid in your heart you manifest in your life. When God's Word is the joy of your heart it becomes for you, as it did for Jeremiah, like a burning fire and you cannot help but hold it forth.
