Psalm 23:2
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside still waters.
Isaiah 26:3
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Sheep will not drink from troubled or turbulent water. The shepherd leads the sheep to still waters to drink. When we go to God and stay our mind on Him, He will lead us to still waters and keep us in perfect peace.
