My High Tower
Psalm 18:2
The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

Psalm 71:3
Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.

 Psalm 91:2
I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

We trust God by trusting His Word.  When we are in trouble, God is a refuge for us just as a fortress is a safe place from the enemy in time of war.  God is our high tower from which we can be safe and see what is happening in the battle.  By looking to God and trusting in His Word we have a safe vantage point from which to view and live a life that is more than abundant.
